day, 7 days a week! Additionally, important software updates and other downloadable files are posted to the KB in order to allow you to get the files you need, without having to call support. If you still can't find the answers you need, give us a call 866-287-8953, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (EST). Medisoft V11 SP1 Updates now available. To update your version 11, Medisoft, simply open the program, click on "Help", then "Online Updates" and follow the instructions. It's that easy!

Support fees are billed at $95
per hour (minimum one hour for on-site support) No charge for driving
time and mileage inside the Greater Orlando area. Phone support is
billed in 15 minute increments ($23.75 /15 minutes) which means considerable
savings to you. We are there for YOU! There will be a travel fee
of $100 for up to 100 miles outside the Orlando area.
